I sat on Linda Pollard's doorstep for hours at a time waiting to just get a glimpse of you. I'm so glad that wee were able to connect years later. I didn't know you had died until today, my friend. One always remembers enourmous crushes and adolescent memoried. Rest in peace. You were the best dancing partner I ever had. I love you. Roseanne

Denny was my friend when I was 5 yrs old. Our older sisters were good friends, as were our older brothers. After I had my car accident in 1953 Denny went with me to my physical therapy session at the request of my mom. We lost contact after HS but reconnected when I was going to USC in La when Denny moved out there. And again in 70'/71' when I spent a liiitle time passing thru LA. We had no contact until 10 years ago just before our 40th reunion, when I was driving from LA to SF on a trip. I stopped off the interstate in his town and called him at his office from a pay phone and with surprize found his office was just across the street. I saw him next at the reunion and have a photo with Denny, Bernie Friedman, Jim Grossman and myself at the reunion. Only two of us in that photo Bernie and I are still here. I was greatful for reconnecting with Denny and was sorry we did not have more time together toreminis.
