Marvin was my frined and neighbor on Indiana. Marvin, Tigay, Helfman and I all lived on the even side of the street. Marvin and I spend many an adolecent night watching late night horror movies at his house. We also had some great pingpong matches in his basement.
A little knows fact is that Marvin was an superb freethrow shooter. I wittnessed him hit something like 98 out of 100. My recollection is that he was a master of the granny style of shooting.
Ten years ago it came to my attention that Marvin had passed. Somehow I think he left us much before that. I lost touch with him after graduation...gone but not forgotten.
