Two children, one of which is a Diva (www.leawoodsalmanza.com) who lives in Hawaii and has two kids. More…Our son John, lives in Singapore and has three sons and one daughter. John worked for Deutsche Bank for 7 years and then Morgan Stanley and now for Agfunder.com. Both our kids attended Punahou school which is where Obama and Sun Yat Sen went to school. They both ultimately graduated from Cornell University.

Work History:

During the past 40 years after having served as an Army Finance Officer in Vietnam, I have worked as an auditor for Sheraton Hotels in Hawaii; a high school teacher in Detroit & Honolulu; and the Managing Director of a housing development company in Malaysia. In the mid-70's, after having lived and worked in Singapore and Malaysia for a few years, my wife and I returned to Hawaii to have our family and raise our children. While back in Hawaii, I owned a bicycle shop and was instrumental in getting the law changed to allow motor scooters and moped rentals. Ultimately, we became the distributor for Honda, BMW and Vespa motorcycles and scooters in Hawaii. After selling my businesses in Hawaii in 1988, I worked for Merrill Lynch for several years while also teaching on the University level starting in 1985. I Have been teaching business courses online since 1996 for the University of Phoenix and now for DeVry University and Columbia College. By teaching online, we have been able to travel extensively throughout Europe, Asia and China while still working. In 2010, we established a home in Singapore in addition to our home in Hawaii. Hence, we now (2020) spend equal time in Hawaii with our daughter and her family and in Singapore with our son and his four kids. Life is Great, particularly when you are not in self-quarantine, as we are while I write this from Singapore.

Six. Four boys and two girls. The Friedman's in Singapore look pure Chinese and speak Mandarin in addition to English.

School Story:

Enjoyed playing the Euphonium in the Mumford band and then going on to play in the University of Michigan Marching Band. Still keep close ties to the world of music by being actively involved in the world of opera due to our daughter's international singing career.

Dear Adrienne, To my first girlfriend back in the early 50's back on Dexter. I recall when we went to the Dexter Theatre to see "African Queen". Hope you are doing well and staying fit.
